dance class
dance class to me is sometimes like a treasure hunt. I know that sounds cheesy but hear me out. It's like you are on a mission, a mission with the music and mission with the movements. you're listening and searching for the under lining beats in the music, watch how each movement hits a particular beat. hearing the music the way the choreographer does. Then you are on a mission to move your body to a new rhythm. to a new groove, and in those movements, in those moments,you find freedom. and that is your treasure.
