Tip of the week

1. Try to challenge your daily routine by bringing new ideas tot he table. Think about how you can change things or improve things.

2. Grow a pair... excuse my french but many people need to man up or women up and don't be afraid to take charge... when necessary.

3. When you feel like you are going to hit the ceiling, hit the roof instead. If you are in a situation and you are getting to heated and you feel like you are going to explode. Walk away form the situation. Cool down and take a new perspective. Pretend like you are not apart of the problem and view the problem as someone who is on the outside looking in.
